I am so impressed with Corbin Swafford. I really needed a no-nonsense home inspection up in Big Bear, CA for a cabin that had a ten day closing when I first reached out to him through yelp, he responded within 15 minutes. He quoted me the price and also shared what to expect when I got up the mountain. When we arrived at the cabin, he explained again step by step what he was going to do. He was thorough and did not rush through the job. Upon completion of the inspection he walked me around the property pointing out concerns, quick fixes, and positive elements. I felt very comfortable and Corbin was very approachable with all my questions. He was easy going and helpful. His report is meticulous and includes pictures and was available immediately after the inspection. He was very nice but more importantly very professional.
