Home Inspection Staff
Corbin Swafford began working in the construction industry in 1996. For five years he worked as an installer and service technician for Dale’s Heating & Air.
He continued in the field of construction working for Degrave Construction, INC. in the development of rental communities. This provided him with an active understanding of construction processes from the planning phase to site development & grading, concrete finishing, framing, roofing, professional trades, and finishing. This proved to be valuable education and experience.
For ten years Corbin worked as a Nursing Home Administrator. This provided him with an active understanding of plant maintenance issues, mechanical systems, and fire & safety codes. Rigorous inspections were conducted annually by county and state officials. These experiences offered him a unique perspective as to what government officials look for during public safety inspections.
Corbin has a passion for real estate management and investing. This passion combined with his professional history lead him to begin buying real estate in California in 2008. For the past 8 years he has been buying and remodeling single family homes and condominiums. In the process, he developed a keen understanding of what investors and prospective home buyers should be looking for during the due diligence period before purchase of a home.
These experiences led him to the decision to become a home inspector so that he could share this information. Following completion of the home inspector certification program offered by Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), he began offering services to clients in the Inland Empire.
