Four Members Elected to ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Board of Trustees 

Four new members have been elected to the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Board of Trustees. The board is composed of area residents appointed by the governor of Massachusetts.  

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Now Offers Associate Degree in Mechatronics

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ has been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education and the New England Commission of Higher Education to offer an associate of science degree in mechatronics, a field that combines industrial machinery operation and maintenance skills with 21st-century automation electronics and robotics. The new degree will be available in fall 2023.

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Wins Nearly $1.1M Grant

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ has been awarded a $1,080,231 grant from a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services program called Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training.

Student success means more than retention rates at ºìÐÓÖ±²¥. It's about making effective connections that last beyond the classroom and into the working world. Those connections are at the core of "learning communities," now part of the curriculum.

Neal Earmarks $350,000 for ºìÐÓÖ±²¥

Congressman Richard E. Neal, Chair of the House Committee on Ways and Means, visited ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ to announce a $350,000 earmark for upgrades to the nursing program's simulation equipment.

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Receives More than $1M in Grant Funds  

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ has been awarded $1,080,231 in grant funds from a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services program.  The four-year grant will provide stipends, partial reimbursement of tuition and fees, and supplies for up to 15 students per year enrolled in ºìÐÓÖ±²¥'s Mental Health, Addiction Recovery, and Human Services certificate programs.

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥'s English Classes for Afghan Evacuees Proves Successful 

In the spring of 2022, ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ All Rights Reserved enrolled 20 Afghan evacuees in a pilot program designed to teach them English and help assimilate them into American life.

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ All Rights Reserved (ºìÐÓÖ±²¥) has announced that it will host a site visit for initial accreditation of its Practical Nurse (PN) Certificate nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥, MCLA Join to Offer Associates to Bachelors Pathway to Teacher Licensure

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts announce the creation of a joint "Associates to Bachelors" program intended to provide an efficient pathway to teacher licensure.

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ Awarded $735K as Part of Commonwealth's Workforce Training Grant

ºìÐÓÖ±²¥ All Rights Reserved (ºìÐÓÖ±²¥) has received a $735,000 workforce training grant, part of a total of $15 million awarded to the Commonwealth's 15 community colleges. Each college is allocated 75 seats for training courses, and additional funds will be made available from the grant's remaining $3.45 million after a school expends the current allocation.
