How to Log In to Self-Service

Self-Service is the tool used at ΊμΠΣΦ±²₯ to view your academic information, your academic progress, and register for courses. It also shows your past grades, unofficial transcript, and more information as well.

  1. Login to MyΊμΠΣΦ±²₯, for complete instructions see our guide on How to Log into MyΊμΠΣΦ±²₯
  2. Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner

  3. Click on Colleague Self-Service within the menu that opened

  4. In most cases, you will be automatically logged in to your Self-Service account. If not, type your ΊμΠΣΦ±²₯ email address and password to log into Self-Service

    TIP: Student email addresses are the letter "s" + your Student ID, followed by "@berkshirecc.edu". For example, s0123456@berkshirecc.edu. The "s" should always be lower case.

    NOTE: Your ΊμΠΣΦ±²₯ password is the same in every ΊμΠΣΦ±²₯ system.
